Free trees to plant Autumn 2017

22 03 2017

DEFRA is working in partnership with the Woodland Trust to offer free trees to eligible state-funded primary schools in England.

Trees create inspiring learning spaces as well as natural, sustainable, and dynamic outdoor classrooms. They give children the chance to connect with nature and create something beautiful for future generations.

You can receive FREE packs of tree saplings to plant at your school or on nearby land in autumn 2017.  Packs come in varying sizes a small pack containing 30 tree saplings, a medium pack with 105 trees and a large pack with 420 saplings.

To apply for free trees visit woodlandtrust.org.uk/freetrees
